Tried to reset screen rez and everything

I tried the ALT+ENTER, but that's only for setting either full or window for the application itself.
I tried re-setting all the screen rez sizes in MOH but nothing.

Hi and TIA for any help.
Was playing MP when accidentally TKd clan server member. The console decided to punish me by resetting my in game screen size. Now I can't figure out how to change it back....
