Can someone tell me the rcon command that would disable the 15 sec respawning time and put it to 0 sec or disable it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone plese tell me the code that I shoul put in the cfg file, so that the respawn would be 0 sec or disabled!!!!!!!!!!!
