More Server Help

I lost rcon on my Mohaa server the other day it just dont respond to any commands and crow king get time out error i check server.cfg file everythings looks the same as before and its just not me...

I was hoping someone could tell me what file i have to mod to change when you come into the server it says click to join wanted to put server name and ip there instead.

not booting up

Is this my motherboard?

cpu does not boot fans and lights work but keyboard and mouse, monitor
does not i would hate to buy a new motherboard if that's not it. Is there any way to test.

mohaa window minimized

Just worndering how to fix this my mohaa screen is not full screen. I can see the windows bar and the close x.
