I have an ATI Rage Pro Turbo AGP 2X. with latest...

I have an ATI Rage Pro Turbo AGP 2X. with latest drivers. However i just checked my PC and for some reason i dont have as much ram as i used to.. down to 96 ram. could that be the problem?
