Is there a way to make a map list cfg file that is read by the game, WITHOUT having to use the actual in game GUI?

Example: I'd like to make a list of several maps in a text editor, then just drag...

So I made a new skin with Crazy Boris as a template and his arms are basically skinned in two places. I cannot find the handssnow.shader that is refered to in the .tik file. And I've ran search...
