Mine definitely is Ceskins Blood and Guts Mod v1.1, The color is realistic and, unlike Elite Blood Mod v4.0, bullet shots to the head will splatter high on a wall. The best one in my opinion.

Everyone should get the patch if only for the in-game browser. It basically eliminates the need to go directly to gamespy.....instead you just go to multiplayer room in the game and click the browser...

Ok, I have yet installed the 1.1 patch, so I dont know if thats the problem. But everytime I go to Gamespy to connect to a MP game, it says theres an error and to check if the game is installed...

No, I know you can because Ive played in servers where, after we beat the game, we spent the remainder of the time hunting each other down in the huge ass level. Anyone else know?
