just recently when i tryed to load a level in the sp demo it first trys to dial up an internet connection and then it minimizes the game to a window and so i have to play it from there! how annoying....

Got the demo yesterday,played it constantly,completed it,wow,(now trying it on diff.difficulty settings(i'm such a wuss;did it on easy 1st!).just thinking how this will play online is mouth watering...

try reinstalling it,maybe install latest graphics card drivers aswell as directx8 again,jus the usual things i'd would do.

your set-up should run beautifully BUT you should really think about updating your graphics card.i've recently changed my tnt2 m64 to a geforce 2 mx400...it makes alot of difference.otherwise your pc...
