the tga's you alter need to have their .DDS equivalents
so ppl can play with texture compression ON.
unzip the DX TOOLS zip and place the folder...

Before you start putting a lot of effort in it making own models, think how you can get it into MOH. Then feel shocked, abused, angry, pissed off and annoyed by EA because we don't have the tools yet...
