This german website asked EA why there is no 1.1 Patch for the German version and EA replied that they plan to release the 1.2 patch for US/UK version today and for Germany next week! ...

just open your pak4.pk3 and under sounds-multiplayer-g you find all the german sounds in german plus their englisch counterparts with german accent. just look thru those...
