Its useless to have a readeo 9700 whit a 950mhz cpu.
I think its better havea 2ghz cpu whit a radeon 7500.

Your cpu is not for a g4ti4600. You need to have at least a 1.8ghz to use your g4 at is maximun. You are not taking the full potential of the card whit this slow...
