My first player skin, with one problem....

My skin doesnt have colours...it's like a black and white.
I dont know why, i think it shader...

One problem with skin.....

I dont know, why i cant get my skin files to .pk3......

1. I add skin files to Zip file.
2. Then rename zip file to ''user-skin-demo_guy.pk3''
3. Then click EDIT >> CUT.
4. Move to your...

How i can make (skin) files, to pk3 ? (rename files to example: ''soldier.pk3'') when i make it to pk3, it size is only
