I read somewhere that if you have the full version now that the US patch should work on it, because I live in New Zealand not the US, will the patch work on my version, abit unsure please clarify...

Try this out: Edit newconfig.cfg under the "Main"...

Try this out: Edit newconfig.cfg under the "Main" folder. Add the following line: seta r_swapinterval 1
