The irony is that some areas in Wolfenstein with higher res textures and more polygons run much better than similiar areas in Medal of Honor.

I've recently played a counter-strike map in Wolfenstein (no kidding).
planetwolfenstein/tramdesign has a decompiler.
You can edit any official map, and I bet it works for MoH, too.
