Yeah, some SH servers do have lean enabled, try doing some searches or look on mohadmin.com but I think that lean strafe...

Looks like there is something wrong with your fps tik file, because that is just the sleeves. Make sure they match up with the tik you used for the original model.

Overall skin looks pretty good.
