Trace rout shows 65 ping, server says 90, why?

Run a trace rout and I get 65 ping then get on server and I have 90. Why? Obviously, from all my posts, I don't know crap about computers. By the time I learn everything, I'll be a friggin 5 star...

If your fps is dropping every second then you need to empty the slot next to video card. It works. Sure the fps changes as you move around. But stare at a wall and they should stay fairly constant....

Does the time come through DSL or cable?

If the time comes through DSL or cable at the pulse of every second, can I stop this from getting to my computer?? I think it is affecting my fps even in single player.

I have played this game since it first came out...

I have played this game since it first came out and probably had a snow-suit on and didn't know it!! Why would they design this game with force model option and not have a snow-suit for the allies...
