Hmm I didn't count spwanpoints but it's at least 10 axis and 10 allied (probably more), and 20-30 deathmatch points (I'll check my map file later).

Put some smoke or something in the sewer, (look among emitters i think). Adding the worldspawn fog will affect the entire map. Remember that effects like smoke, fire etc reduces fps.

An easy way i think is to copy the maps bsp and script, rename them to whatever ABC.bsp ABC.scr, then edit the script and delete the exec global...
