It's not hard to doctor it all you have to do is us the paint program. Spray the area where there is 0 for cheats and change it to a 1. You can doctor anyones server info using that. What you have...

I thought it was well written. Sometimes depending on the size of the map and the amount of players it is all but impossible to use that role. However

What happens if you play on more than one server. Each has it's own specialty maps, and skins. Sounds like a nightmere for the users to me.

Have to agree with you. It's like buying a car. Try before you buy. I tried the 1942 Demo. Played it for a few hours. I didn't like it so I'm not going to waste my money on it.

You might want to go into your main folder and see, when you extracted it, that its not in it's own folder. If that's the case just open the folder and extract the Pk3 alone.
