From the short time I played BF1942 - I dont care for it at all

I was really looking foreward to the game. I definately

Refresh rate difference

Here is the scoop....

windows will allow you to set your monitors refresh rate
to whatever your monitor will run

the nvidia drivers will only allow a max of 60hz
tweaking of the nvidia...

Most of the utilities posted here for "Tweaking" the refresh rate
DO NOT WORK for the latest nvidia drivers and may cause problems
with your 'puter if you use them

AGP cards will go in either slot AGP or PCI

If the AGP card is in a PCI slot - you will get
the results you have now

Whatever the case is with the IRQs in windows XP this is fact
