Possibly you're using .jpg in your shader instead...

Possibly you're using .jpg in your shader instead of .tga. Maybe it supplies a texture name.

Don't worry about it, it's a stupid (very stupid) bug introduced with the 1.11 patch. It's trying to translate 'mohaa console' (why?).

Anyway, just pretend it isn't there ;).

I think nades are cool cuz they add some tactics to the game, although they're extremely powerful like you said. At least you will hurt yourself if you aren't...

Yah it's often hard to align a patch texture correctly. Basically a matter of pressing all buttons you can find until it looks good.
