You take more hits than the enemy. The'll fall over with a head shot or 2 to 3 shots to the body. I think it balances out real well.

Yes, you can make the final output any format you want. I don't think you can do WMV but you can do AVI which is good enough. As far as transitions go they are not like your standard video...
