thanks!

i've spoken to my isp tech and he suggested changing some of my network settings which i've already done, and i'm trying to get a traceroute of my address. i see where the return at hop 10 goes through the roof, and i'm also working with a friend of mine to figure out a way to reroute myself. the tech also gave me a couple of new dns servers to try if none of this makes to much of a difference in speed.
