Yeah there is a few "WTF" kinda scenes in that movie. As a matter of intrest did anyone notice the germans face after the kraut with the peaked cap gets shot?
He charges at you and has a "im gonna ram this f**kin gun up your ass" kinda look on his face he looked really pissed. Maybe the captain kraut was his lover

As a matter of them being suprised the point i made about the 2 germans atttempting to sneak past the open door where powell shoots them and the barrel.. I dont think suprise would have reduced their brains that much. That was clearly a case of cheesiness
