Some type of realism ( if you like that type of game play )
dog tag map fixes
autokick to monitor your server
ton of custom maps
And one of the most important thing of all
LABEL YOUR SERVER SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN.
