Yes Change the jointime to 5 seconds stops most respawning

No, But you can request your users to use the setu function rather than seta so you can see the value of teh variables used to remove fog etc

.:Forcing Bright Models:.

Yes use the anti force-models server side mod.

All of these can be gotten around by good cheaters, but it will stop your average joe doing it.
