OK, first of all, you say "Trust me I have enough to run it" then you say "Ur not a computer whiz". Please post ur specs:
Processor type & Speed
RAM
Video Card
HD (Total Size and free space)
Operating System
Next, do you have the V1.11 patch installed? You shouldn't have to disable Dial-Up Properties on your PC, as the patch does this for you. That error only occured in V1.0
