Actually it's mostly just the uninformed Trailer park trash (the kind that went out to buy their 3 year old his first .44 last year) that think America is the reason we won the war. The problem is that there is a hell of a lot of them. Most of them dont even know where Germany is and think Canada is "Down by Russia some where". Its not just that people outside of the US think that's how Americans feel, they actually show it on TV, people walk up and ask Americans where is Canada, most dont know and some think its by russia (and that it snows all year round and people drive dog sleds). Its really quite sad just how dumb some of them are.
