Go for this:

at least a P4 More than 2.53Ghrz, 533FSB, or a Athlon XP 2200.

At least 256MB of either PC-800 RDRAM or PC2700 DDR RAM

At least a GF4 Ti 4400 128MB or RADEON 9000

Personally, I'd get a P4 system, with the GF card, and RDRAM, PC-1066 if you can afford it.
