WHOEVER SOLVES THIS PROBLEM IS A GENIUS!!!!!!

Hey, this answer is very important. I have experienced this on a couple of servers and asked why. All the admins have told me thats the default when the game server host installed it for them. They even mentioned that the host has no clue why this is ocurring. EA themselves do not understand why this is happening and just exactly like Cleaner explained is whats happening. There is nothing custiom about maps with rails. There is nothing corrupted, especially after a brand new installation and the same problem occurs. Other servers within the same IP range do not have this problem. Someone who knows exactly what is causing this can be a huge help to others having the same problem. There is no reference to this problem via anywhere on the net. So, whos gonna be da man???!!!
