Once you setup your dedicated server, try this:

In game, press the console key (~) (MAKE SURE CONSOLE IS CHECKMARKED IN OPTIONS, TOO!), and type this:

[code:2f741]set maxrate "6000"[/code:2f741] and press enter. This will set the maxrate for your server to 6000, and should decrease lag. The formula for maxrate is:

[code:2f741](Upload Speed) / 8 * (Max. Players) = Maxrate[/code:2f741]

So, [code:2f741]384 / 8 * (8) = 6, or 6000.[/code:2f741]
