Build your own. You'll have a lot more hardware options that way. Besides, if something should go wrong you'll be better equipped to handle it yourself.

EDIT: I also recommend newegg.com. I just got my components today from them. The price was right and they delivered on time. So far no complaints.

Uh...I've got CDs sitting at home right now that can be written at 48x. They're TDK, made for their VeloCD burners.
