No , YOU NEED TO REFRESH THE WHOLE AA LIST . and THAN . you will see the server in spearhead folder.

EAch time you refresh the AA folder , the new SPEARHEAD server are ADD in spearhead FOLDER.

So no , you don't have to ADD them manualy . JUst Refresh the whole list each day.
