The symbol guy is right. If you dont put hard deadlines on a project, it will never go 'live'. I have worked on two very large database system implementations in the last 4-5 years, and let me tell you, you are never ready. Finally, someone needs to step up and say, "on this date we are going gold, whether the product is ready or not." And amazingly, the date is met and patches come out to fix the issues that couldnt be addressed. If EA had more time to fix bugs ,they might have had time to implement a prone postion, but that would have meant more testing and more bugs and more time. Where do you draw the line? If you take too much time to make the game perfect, its out of date when it hits the shelves.
