Bah. Stop stuffing your big fat faces with high-fat, high-carb meals and you
might be able to see your penis one day. Seriously folks, it's not very hard:
just eat high to mid protein, mid carb and lowsaturated fat meals and train
3 nights a week. I'm 5"11, 185lbs of muscle so I know a thing or two about
nutrition...
Want to lose fat ?
1- Lots of small meals (6 throughout the day)
2- High protein intake
3- Low SATURATED fat intake
4- Make sure you don't meet your daily caloric need
5- TRAIN! PLAY A SPORT! FUCK! DO SOMETHING!
