save the pic from where ever you got it onto your computer then go here
http://mohaa.cact-sd.org/upload.php . you hit browse and search for the pic on your computer then you hit upload. a page will come up and at the top there will be a line saying with something between the 2 ] [. highlight and copy, then paste into your signature in profile and test it
