Very old trick.
jdbgmgr.exe is a file that COMES with windows. It's not a crucial system file, but it contains information regarding your internet connection, and port addess. If you delete it, it won't run at startup, causing your system to withold information. This info can be accessed from anyone over the web using a virus, a port sniffer, anything. It really sucks, but like I said, it's old and Microsoft developed a backup if the file gets deleted, which is why it CAN be deleted in the first place. So whomever made that email originally is a moron. biggrin:
