Wouldn't you just change the file directory when your setting up MOHRadiant to the directory where the Wolfenstein textures are? (This would probably cause you to not be able to use the MOHAA textures), but if you want the textures that bad then sacrafice MOHAA textures.
Don't go doing this by my watch, ask someone like "Slyk" or
"-=[XTC]=-Body Bagger". Hope that helps.
