Autokick Help

Hey all...I need help setting up autokick on our clans dedicated server. i uploaded a folder containing all of the autokick folders, and I get an error message saying it cant find setup.lst even though it is there. I need to figure out how to make this work and how to make it easy. Any help would be appreciated!
