Well if you ARE running MohAA you are in luck because thats even easier, extract the pk3 file and put it in your mohaa/main folder, thats all!
If you are running Spearhead, go to the News section here and look for Sitting Duck Realism:

We started running it yesterday and everyone likes it. Installs the same way (put the pk3 into your mohaa/mainta folder).
