I know that Wolfman has already made one but I have one in the forum at http://modtheater.com/. This fix is server side and will fix known issues with 2 maps in Spearhead. First it places a couple of destroyed cycles over the area in Brest where you can fall through the map.
Wolfman uses a tank in his which allows people to hide behind it thus changing game play. You can use either mine or his depending on whether you want the extra cover or not.
In addition, I have patched a Tiger tank over the hole in Flughafen which allowed people to walk right through the mountain and get under the map. This one is more serious since there are no kill brushes in that map and people can actually kill folks from under there. Just head over to TMT and get the file from the Spearhead forum section.
