No one is running around thinking they are better than everyone else. You just don't need to run around calling everyone that is in a clan a fag and/or n00b or lacking skill or whatever else, because you're just wrong.
Maybe you should point out to the several forum admins that are in clans that they are fags, in your opinion, as well?
