I'm not really sure. That footage could actually be from an orbiting surveillance plane, or even a UAV. Might be some helicopters. I have a feeling that it might even be artillery doing the damage. At about 6:30, the guy says to put a 105 on it, referring to a 105mm Howitzer. If it were artillery, it would also account for the delay between firing commands and the explosions. , and the fact that you don't really see any incoming rounds.
