For neon/bright skins, use Delator.

To stop the ladder glitches, get JL's Anti-Landshark fix for Spearhead: [url:9387b]http://www.mohadmin.com/nuke/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=27[/url:9387b]

As for wallhacks or no-fog cheats, there's nothing yet to prevent this. Just use spectator and follow the players to make sure they don't have one.
