ok, i have found something else out. While i opened it, i said hey, why not....it won't hurt to look for any sound refrences in console for the 09784905734th time. So i did and saw that it said:
ERROR: trying to register sound sound/menu/apply.wav when soundsystem hasn't started yet.

It says about 30 of those with different wav files.
THEN it says:
CDKEY NOT FOUND
I DON'T have a pirated copy of this game MOHAA or Spearhead. I bought both and I have no idea what is meant by the CDKEY

Maybe that helps with the sound mystery. Someone PLEASE HELLP!! lol
