That's pretty much my feeling on it. In an EXTREME circumstance, I think it'd be a good idea if the US could deploy troops on Canadian soil.

I'm talking EXTREME too...like terrorist attacks. I'd rather not see US troops marching on Parliament Hill just 'cause they can.
