Alliedassault - View Single Post - FireWall will not go on under Windows XP Home edition

I know i go to start, settings, network connections, advanced, and the firewall is there and when i go to turn it on that error just comes up. I tried my ISP no luck there. How do i turn it on besides going through all that?
