If you have Win2K or WinXP, uninstall the latest Service Pack (SP3 for Win2K, SP1 for XP). There is a .DLL that conflicts with certian video drivers, causing extreme lag in games such as Grand Theft Auto, Battlefield 1942, and Mafia. If you do uninstall them, reboot, and download all the Crititcal Update hotfixes you need to secure your PC again.

Also, running Config.EXE in the MOH folder tells MOH what system specs you have, so it can run at it's best. Try that, too.
