IP from that website differs to both my internal and external IPs as per ipconfig..... which in turn is not behind a NAT device and not on an ISP which blocks ports and not effected by a firewall yet i cannot host a server on any of these.

if youre more knowledgeable than other people maybe you can tell me where my problem is ? rudedog had a crack but no solution... maybe you can ?
