Overall, pretty nice. You might want to decrease the opacity of the background so the image is a little less busy.

Another way to help blend that, besides the eraser in airbrush mode, is to blur it into the background. Once you have the part that you want selected, inverse the selection. Then, go to layers, and make a layer mask for hide selection. Then, once the layer mask is selected, go into filters and use Gaussian Blur on the mask to blend it.
