What is your firewall, OS, and how is your connection shared?

Come over to mohadmin.com and check it out, lots of help there.
I run Win2K and do not run ICS/LAN. I have NIC card only because it is required for my ADSL modem.

Like I said there is no need for port forwarding since there is no NAT device. Port forwarding is only required where packets sent from external clients to your external port 12203 are routed to a random port by a NAT device. Neither my ADSL modem nor my firewall use NAT therefore connection attempts to my server from the internet to port 12203 go nowhere other than 12203. ie.... port forwarding is not the solution.

Likewise as i said the firewall has been tested with allow-all settings to rule it out.

I know there is lots of info at mohadmin but unless you know of a specific resource there that relates to this then that website is not a solution to my problem and suggesting it is just as pointless as the rest of this.

Now I wrote what i did in my previous post and listed all these usual problems because I have been through this shit before and it bores the fuck out of me to get the sam advice again that has already failed.
So I wrote these down in detail to point out that these are not issues with my system. Now your suggestion is that port forwarding or a firewall may be the issue. Huh ?

Like I did 6 months ago I think ill drop it and just not try to host. I seem to have a reoccuring problem where people cannot contribute other than regurgitating what they read in a previous thread. Ive got a search function for these forums same as everyone else.
