I was using paintshop pro 7 and the only reason I went pixel by pixel was because when I tried to outline it, the picture would always get messed up and I had to have it just perfect. I know it doesn't blend in and I'm sure theres an easier way to do it, but I'm new to making sigs so any help would be much appreciated!
